Return & Exchange Policy

At Mytrend, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products at great prices, ensuring a long-lasting relationship with our customers. However, if you need to return or exchange a product, the following terms will apply:

Return & Exchange Window

  • You may return or exchange an item within 2 days of delivery for any reason.
  • After 2 days, returns or exchange will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • If a seal tag is provided, it must remain attached.
  • Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
    • Gift cards
    • Customized products
    • Sarees with fall and edging
    • Items purchased on sale

Proof of Purchase Required

  • A receipt or order confirmation is needed for all returns.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or incomplete product, report it within 24 hours by sending the following to our customer care WhatsApp at +91 8826700797:

  1. Unboxing Video – A continuous recording from sealed package to product reveal.
  2. Product Images – Clear photos showing the issue from different angles.
  3. Parcel Condition Image – A picture of the package’s condition upon arrival.
  4. Shipping Label Image – A visible label showing tracking and order details.

Refund & Exchange Options

  • No monetary refunds are offered. Instead, customers will receive:
    • Store credit (wallet balance) for future purchases.
    • Product exchange for an item of equal or different value.

Wallet Credit:

  • Store credit will be issued via email, which can be used anytime (no expiration date).
  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the difference.
  • If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the balance will be credited to you as store credit.

Exchange Process:

  • If choosing an item of greater value, you’ll receive a coupon code equal to the returned item’s value and pay the remaining amount.
  • If selecting an item of lesser value, we will send the new product and provide store credit for the difference.

Important Notes

  • Reverse pick-up is not available – customers must ship returns to our warehouse.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges/replacements will be sent to the same address as the original order. If you want delivery to a different address, opt for store credit and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Prepaid order cancellations will incur a deduction based on the product value.

Quality Check & Processing

After approval, we will process your exchange or store credit accordingly.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (QC).
